With more than 15 years of experience and advanced academic training, our Principal, Ernest Oduaran, leads Zern Project Solutions in providing owner’s representation, construction management, technical oversight, and project advisory services for complex mission-critical, power & energy, commercial, infrastructure, and public works projects. Ernest holds advanced degrees in construction management, business administration, and geospatial technology. Alongside his MBA, MS in GIS, and Ph.D. studies in Construction Management at Texas State University, our team blends theoretical expertise with data-driven practical field insights.
